Use of degreaser for Audaz Planchas ovens 5l

Grills and ovens:
Using a scraper, remove any remaining food.
The temperature of the grill or oven should be between 60°C and 80°C.
Apply the product undiluted directly to the surface (if using a foam sprayer, this will reduce the formation of fumes). Leave for a few minutes depending on the level of deposits. Once the charred residue has been removed, add a little water and scrape with a cleaning pad to remove any remaining residue. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry.
Filters for hoods:
Soak the hood filters in a 3 to 10% solution (depending on dirtiness) of hot water. Leave for at least 20 minutes. Rinse and let dry.
Deep fryers:
Fill the fryer with a 3 to 10% solution (150 to 500 ml for every 5 litres of water). Turn on the fryer and boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Once cooled, empty and remove any stubborn residue from the walls and heating elements with a scraper. Rinse with water and leave to dry.

Careful: May emit irritating fumes! DO NOT USE ON ALUMINUM SURFACES.
