Working method

Glaze : Spread with a spatula on top of the cake. Place over the bavarois cream, tops or you can glaze in stripes.

Filling : used directly from the bucket

Storage: in a cool, dry place (25 degrees Celsius), in tightly closed original packaging.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, sugar, modified starch, thickening agents (carrageenan, agar, pectin amide), acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium monoacid citrate), flavors (blueberries), preservative (potassium sorbate), colors (sulfite ammonium caramel, carmoisine, brilliant FCF).
