Ready-to-use, cold, freeze-thaw stable neutral glaze, used for decorating confectionery and pastry products. It can be used plain, for special effects or in combination with any food coloring and/or any flavor/enhancer to obtain any desired color or taste.

Working method

Glaze: Spread with a spatula on top of the cake. Place over the bavarois cream, tops or you can glaze in stripes.

Filling: use directly from the bucket.

Storage: dry and cool place (maximum temperatures up to 25 degrees Celsius), in the original, tightly closed packaging.
