Unlike printed waffles, icing sheets can be applied much more beautifully
for example on the side of the cake. Also with a knife or even
with a scalpel, the desired shapes can be cut and applied practically wherever it is needed
cake or cake.
However, it is recommended to be applied on smooth, straight surfaces. Best
is when the sheet of sugar is placed directly on a butter cream that covers the cake
but it is not mandatory.
Edible adhesives or even melted chocolate can be used for gluing,
royal icing or, why not, honey (although we only recommend it to those with
